GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each joined member agrees to abide by our terms of service. Lacking of knowledge doesn't exempt you from liability.
• The site agrees to paste permanent 100x100 pxls JavaScript code of Games Banner Network for banner promotion.
  
• The GBN reserves the right to verify the placement and accuracy of its HTML code by any means.
  
• The use of banners of the other banner exchanging networks, that have any instance of an advertizing or promoting of goods and services of game unrelated content and trade marks or other brands not associated with the name of your own site is strictly prohibited.
  
• There can be 3 insertion of the GBN Above the Scroll advertising banner code per page.
  
• Use of Meta refresh coding or timed rotation of ad banners is not compatible with GBN.
  
• Any methods of falsely inflating the number of ad views or clicks are expressly forbidden.
  
• In relation to ad banners, auto spawning of browser windows, automatic redirecting of users, pop-up windows, and framing the click-to destination of an ad banner are expressly forbidden.
  
• GBN members realize that information about their sites (name, URL, banner impressions) can be used by Games Banner Network. Possible usage includes: list of the most popular sites, list of GBN members and so on.
  
• All sites and banners pass verification before joining.
  
• Administrators reserve the right to refuse any member from joining the Games Banner Network.
  
• Administrators reserve the right to remove any member from the network at any time.
  

SITE REQUIREMENTS

• The site must host PC, Mac or Flash casual games or entertainment content for visitors to interact with or download.
  
• We do not accept sites that :
Encourage illegal activities or racism
Provide instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities
Engaged in libelous or harassing activities
Promote or utilize software or services
Designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail
Are otherwise inappropriate
Are not games-related

BANNERS REQUIREMENTS

• WE do not accept banners that:
  
Encouraging illegal activities or racism
Provide instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities
Engaged in libelous or harassing activities
Promote or utilize software or services, designed to deliver
unsolicited e-mail
Are not games-related

RULES VIOLATION
• In case of rules violation administrators reserve the right to:
  
Fine the member more than 100,000 impressions
Remove the member. All impressions will be nulled
Pause the campaign till the member corrects the mistake

Games Banner Network administrators reserve the right to change and supply additional rules points.
