Site requirements
The site must host PC, Mac or Flash casual games or other entertainment content visitors can download or with which they can interact.
You cannot join Games Banner Network if your Web site:
- Encourages illegal activities;
- Provides instructions or hosts discussions on performing illegal activities;
- Displays pornography;
- Engages in libelous, racist, sexist or other harassing behavior;
- Promotes or utilizes software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail;
- Is otherwise inappropriate; or
- Is not entertainment-related.

Exchange ratio
Games Banner Network uses the CTR a Web site generates to calculate its commission:
- A Web site with a CTR of 12,1% or higher earns a 10:10 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 5% to 12% earns a 10:9.1 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 2% to 4.99% earns a 10:8.8 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 1,51% to 1,99% earns a 10:8.3 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 1% to 1,5% earns a 10:8 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 0,51% to 0,99% earns a 10:7.5 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR of 0,31% to 0,5% earns a 10:6.8 exchange ratio
- A Web site with a CTR lower than 0,3% earns a 10:6.5 exchange ratio

How it works
Games Banner Network will count your CTRs every week and deliver your commission the following week.
General terms and conditions
- Each member agrees to abide by our terms of service. Not knowing the terms does not exempt anyone from having violated them.
- The member site agrees to host a 100x100 Games Banner Network banner that promotes the Web sites of other members.
- Games Banner Network reserves the right to verify, by any means, the placement and accuracy of its HTML code.
- The use of the banners of other banner exchange networks that advertise or promote goods and services not related to games or that involve trademarks or brands not associated with the name of your own Web site is prohibited.
- There can be two insertions of the Games Banner Network "Above the Scroll" advertising banner code per page.
- Meta refresh coding and timed rotation of ad banners are not compatible with Games Banner Network.
- Methods of falsely inflating the number of ad views or clicks are forbidden.
- In relation to ad banners, auto spawning of browser windows, automatic redirecting of users, pop-up windows and framing the click-to destination of an ad banner are forbidden.
- Games Banner Network members agree to allow Games Banner Network to use information about their Web sites, including name, URL and banner impressions. Usage might include lists of the most popular Web sites, lists of Games Banner Network members and more.
- All Web sites and banners must pass verification before joining.
- Administrators reserve the right to reject any application for membership.
- Administrators reserve the right to remove any member from the network at any time.

Violations of the requirements
In case of a violation of the requirements, administrators reserve the right to:
- Fine the member more than 100,000 impressions;
- Remove the member (all impressions will be nullified); and
- Pause the campaign until the member corrects the mistake.

The administrators of Games Banner Network reserve the right to change the above requirements, add additional requirements or remove requirements.
