• to display banners on your site by implementing the code provided by us (the code cannot be modified without our written consent)
• to use banners appropriate to the Zone your site belongs (adult banners are forbidden in Arcade, Dressup, RPG and Gambling Zones)
• to get the number of credits based on the variable exchange rate. (In case the banner on your site generates 5% CTR you can get 10:10 exchange rate. Means: for every 10 banners you display, you will get 10 impressions from our members)
• to get 50,000 bonus impressions for joining the Games Banner Network. (You can get the bonus only after your site has generated 1000 impressions)
• that banners displayed on your site may be other members' banners, sponsors' banners, or default banners
• you may cancel your participation at any time by removing the code from all of your pages and writing a letter to support@gamesbannernet.com
• to use our service at your own risk
• that we retain all rights to Games Banner Network name, software, logo, database, code, reports, web site, and information. The elements of this website, including text, graphics, logos and designs , are protected by United States and international copyright laws. They should not be reproduced or used without express permission from Games Banner Network, Inc.

• to refuse or cancel membership at any time for any reason
• automatically cancel membership to any member caught to artificially inflate traffic or click through rate
• to make every effort to provide the best service in the industry including secure and reliable hardware, but we do not make any guarantee regarding the reliability, dependability, or accuracy of the service.
• to make every effort to correct inconsistencies in credits due to any member, providing that member offers proof of inconsistency
• to change Terms of Service (this document) and Rules at any time without prior written notification.
• to keep current with changes in the Terms of Service, and Rules.
• to terminate an account at any suspicion of cheating or faking clicks. no credits or impressions will be returned to the suspected cheater. no warnings will be issued. all credits cheated out of others will be returned to others for the amount they've been cheated
• Terms of Service and Rules posted at gamesbannernet.com are effective to all members regardless of the date when joined.

• Games Banner Network serves impressions based on the advertising inventory space available in our network.
• Advertiser may cancel bought impressions at any time unless otherwise agreed upon between advertiser and Games Banner Network.
• In case of cancellation by advertiser, Games Banner Network will reimburse advertiser for the unserved impressions minus US100. Deduction is to cover Games Banner Network administration cost.
• In case of dispute over the impressions served, Games Banner Network will ensure that full impressions are served as per our statistics log. Some web site statistics run on the advertisers end may not show all Games Banner Network impressions served. If advertiser can prove that they?ve received less impressions than our statistics, we will gladly make up the difference by serving additional banners up to the full amount purchased.
• Advertiser may claim dispute over impressions served up to 15 days after last impression was served by Games Banner Network, based on Games Banner Network statistics. Any claim after 30 days will be ignored as we may clean detailed statistics log. Advertiser will not hold Games Banner Network responsible for any unclaimed discrepancy older than 20 days.
• For any purchased impressions with specified delivery time, Games Banner Network will make every effort to fulfill all impressions purchased by the advertiser. In some cases impressions may not be served in the allocated time frame, in which case Advertiser has the right to cancel the balance of unserved impressions. We will issue a refund for the balance of unserved impressions. Games Banner Network will charge the Advertiser for the impressions served.
• In case of any qualitative characteristics change Games Banner Network reserves the right not to refund the Advertisers loss if Advertiser did not notified Games Banner Network about it starting from the change date.
• Games Banner Network delivers bought impressions along with Games Banner Network exchange program.
• Games Banner Network is not responsible for the content of any banner, or the content of the web site that banner is linked to.
• Games Banner Network is not responsible for any financial or other loss that Advertiser may say as a result of purchased impressions, other than the obligation to serve full amount of purchased impressions or fully refund Advertiser for unserved impressions.
