Terms Of Service

As owner of your Web site, you agree:

to display banners on your Web site by implementing the code we provide (the code cannot be modified without our written consent);
to use banners appropriate to the Zone to which your Web site belongs (adult banners are forbidden in the Arcade, Dress Up, MMORPG and Gambling Zones);
to accept the number of credits based on the variable exchange rate (if the banner on your Web site generates 5% CTR, you earn a 10:10 exchange rate, meaning for every 10 banners you display, you'll get 10 impressions from our members);
to accept 50,000 bonus impressions for joining the Games Banner Network (you earn the bonus after your site has generated 1,000 impressions);
that the banners displayed on your Web site might be the banners of other members or sponsors, or default banners;
that you may cancel your participation at any time by removing the code from all of your pages and emailing support@gamesbannernet.com;
to use our service at your own risk; and
that we retain all rights to the Games Banner Network name, software, logo, database, code, reports and Web site. United States and international copyright laws protect the elements of this Web site, including text, graphics, logos and overall design. They should not be reproduced or used without express permission from Games Banner Network.

Games Banner Network reserves the right:

to refuse or cancel your membership at any time and for any reason;
to automatically cancel the membership of any member caught artificially inflating its traffic or click-through rate;
to make every effort provide the best service in the industry, including secure and reliable hardware, although we do not make any guarantee regarding the reliability, dependability or accuracy of the service;
to make every effort to correct inconsistencies in credits owed any member, providing that member offers proof of the inconsistencies;
to change the Terms of Service (this document) and Rules at any time without prior written notification;
to keep its members current with any changes in the Terms of Service and Rules;
to terminate an account upon suspicion of cheating or faking click-throughs (Games Banner Network will not return credits or impressions to the suspected cheater nor issue any warnings; all credits out of which others have been cheated will be returned to the cheated parties); and
To apply the Terms of Service and Rules posted at gamesbannernet.com to all members, regardless of the date the member joined Games Banner Network.

Purchased Impressions Terms of Service

Games Banner Network serves impressions based on the amount of advertising space available on our network.
The Advertiser may cancel the impressions he's purchased at any time unless the Advertiser and Games Banner Network have made other arrangements.
If the Advertiser cancels his membership, Games Banner Network will reimburse the Advertiser for any unserved impressions minus $100 (to cover administration costs).
In case of a dispute over the number of impressions served, Games Banner Network will ensure that all impressions are served according to our statistics log. Some Web site statistics tracked on the Advertiser's end might not show all of the Games Banner Network impressions served. If the Advertiser can prove he's received fewer impressions than Games Banner Network's statistics show, Games Banner Network will make up the difference by serving additional banners up to the amount the Advertiser purchased.
The Advertiser may dispute the number of impressions served up to 15 days after Games Banner Network served the last impression, based on Games Banner Network statistics. Any claim after 30 days will be ignored, as we may have cleaned the statistics log. The Advertiser will not hold Games Banner Network responsible for any unclaimed discrepancy after 20 days.
For any impressions purchased within the specified delivery time, Games Banner Network will make every effort to fulfill all of the impressions the Advertiser purchased. In some cases, impressions might not be served within the allocated time frame, in which case the Advertiser has the right to cancel the unserved impressions. Games Banner Network will issue a refund for the unserved impressions.
Games Banner Network reserves the right to not refund the Advertiser his loss if the Advertiser did not notify Games Banner Network about changes in requirements of the audience, GEO targeting, requested amount of clicks, daily amount of impressions, ad location and other elements of his campaign on the date of the start campaign.
Games Banner Network delivers impressions the Advertiser purchased through the Games Banner Network exchange program.
Games Banner Network is not responsible for the content of any banner or the content of the Web site to which the banner is linked.
Games Banner Network is not responsible for any financial or other loss the Advertiser claims as a result of purchased impressions, other than the obligation to serve the full amount of purchased impressions or fully refund the Advertiser for unserved impressions.
